Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Mentionify, in plain English.

These terms govern your use of Mentionify at mentionify.ai (“the service”). By creating an account or using the free checker you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Mentionify monitors how AI assistants answer questions you configure, and reports how your brand and others appear in those answers. The reports describe what third-party AI models said at the time we asked; we do not control those models and do not guarantee what they will say, or that their answers are accurate.

2. Accounts

You need an account for everything beyond the public site and the free checker. Keep your credentials confidential; activity under your account is your responsibility. You must provide a working email address — it is how we reach you about billing and service changes.

3. Plans, billing, and renewal

  • Prepaid months. Paid packages are billed monthly in advance, in USD, through Bank of Georgia. Your package runs to the same day of the following month.
  • Scheduled checks. Checks run on your plan’s schedule. When a plan’s included prompt-checks are used up, runs pause until the next period — you are never charged an overage.
  • Auto-renewal. If you save a card, we charge it at the end of each period to renew the same package. You can turn auto-renewal off at any time in the billing page; your package then simply expires at the period’s end.
  • Plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the unused value of the old package converts into extra days of the new one. Downgrades take effect when the current period ends.
  • Expiry. When a package lapses, runs and schedules pause and your data is retained; renewing resumes where you left off.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell or white-label the service without a written agreement;
  • use automation to circumvent rate limits or fair-use caps (including the free checker’s daily limits);
  • use the service to violate law, or to probe or disrupt our infrastructure;
  • misrepresent Mentionify data as coming from the AI providers themselves.

5. Your data

You own what you configure and the reports generated for you. We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Questions you track are sent to the AI providers being measured — that is the product working as described.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided “as is”, and depends on third-party AI APIs we do not control. We may change features, models measured, or prices; price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of third-party AI output the service reports.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; where practical we will warn you first.
