Comparison
Peec AI alternatives, compared honestly
Peec AI publishes $95/mo (Starter), US pricing. Pro $245, Advanced $495. Separate agency grid from $205. We publish $99 for ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. This page sets the rest of both lists side by side, including the rows where they win — every figure read from their own pages on August 10, 2026.

First, what Peec AI is good at
A polished, fast product with the most generous seat policy in the category — unlimited users at $95 — and a genuinely good sources view that separates the pages a model used from the ones it linked. If several people need to look at the same board and you want breadth across the Google surfaces, this is the strongest self-serve option at its price.
Peec sells breadth at a price that undercuts most of the category, and its unlimited-seat policy is not a technicality — in a team that shares a dashboard, per-seat pricing is often the largest line on the invoice, and here there is not one.
Two things are worth reading carefully before you buy. Claude is not part of the six assistants the published tiers choose from; it is listed under the unpriced Enterprise tier, with an extra-models add-on mentioned separately, and their own pages do not settle whether a Starter customer can simply buy it. And their prices render in the currency of your IP address, so the figure you see may not be the figure someone else sees.
You can read all of that on their own pricing page, which is where the figures below came from.
Peec AI and Mentionify,
on what each one publishes
Not a feature checklist — the rows a buyer argues about after the first invoice. What Peec AI meters at the entry price: 50 prompts across 3 assistants, daily — their own arithmetic is “150 (50 prompts x 3 engines)”.
| Peec AI | Mentionify | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | $95/mo (Starter), US pricing. Pro $245, Advanced $495. Separate agency grid from $205. | Free (Snapshot), then $99/mo (Micro). Top published tier $1,499/mo, plus a custom builder. |
| Buy without a sales call | Yes on the three published tiers. Enterprise is sales-led. | Yes, by card on Stripe's hosted checkout. No sales call exists to have. |
| Free access | No free plan and no free tool. There is a trial; its length is not on the pricing page. | A free plan with no card — 20 credits a month — and a no-account checker that runs one question against Gemini for a work email. |
| Assistants at the entry price | Any three of six: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot. | Three: ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, on every paid plan including the $99 one. |
| Full coverage, and what it costs | Eleven on Enterprise, which is unpriced. Claude and the other API-served models sit there; an extra-models add-on is listed at $30/mo on Starter. | Those three, and no others. We do not measure Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek or Meta AI — the pipeline asks the three assistants directly and there is no page-scraping path in it. |
| What the entry price meters | 50 prompts across 3 assistants, daily — their own arithmetic is “150 (50 prompts x 3 engines)”. | A credit bucket, not a prompt cap: 350 credits a month on the entry plan, spent as you choose. One check is one topic on one assistant — Gemini 1 credit, ChatGPT 2, Claude 3. |
| Seats | Unlimited, free. | Unlimited, free. Projects and tracked competitors are unlimited too. |
| Shows the whole answer | Yes — the last 100 chats per prompt. | Yes — the complete answer text for every run, exportable to XLSX with the rest of the dataset. |
| Shows cited sources | Yes — a per-answer sources sidebar, plus domain and URL pages; it distinguishes “used” from “cited”. | Yes — every cited domain and page, per assistant, with the searches the model actually ran. |
| Competitor tracking | Yes — competitors auto-suggested at two or more mentions, with gap analysis. | Yes, unlimited — and each competitor's domain is verified by fetching the site and requiring the page to name the company before it can key a row. |
| Term | Monthly or annual (−15%), self-serve cancel at period end. API access on Pro and Advanced is annual-only. | Monthly or annual (−15%), self-serve cancel, and a full refund within 14 days if no credits were spent. |
| Top published tier | Custom, annual. | $1,499/mo, published. |
Where the Peec AI figures come from. Read on August 10, 2026 from their own public pages — pricing, product and help centre — never from a review site or from anyone’s comparison page, ours included. A cell reading “not published” is something Peec AI does not state anywhere, and we have not signed up for their product, so every claim about how it behaves is their own description of it. Check a price before you rely on it. Sources: the tier prices, the three-of-six assistant choice and unlimited seats.
What $95 actually buys,
on both sides.
Four dollars apart, and the whole difference is which three assistants you get.
Peec AI — Starter, $95/mo
- 50 prompts, run daily, across any three of six: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot. Their own arithmetic for it is “150 (50 prompts x 3 engines)”.
- Claude is not among the six. It sits on the Enterprise tier, which is unpriced, and a separate extra-models add-on is listed at $30/mo on Starter.
- Unlimited seats, free — the most generous seat policy in the whole comparison.
- A sources view that separates the pages a model used from the ones it merely linked, and the last 100 chats per prompt.
- Prices render in the currency of your IP address, so the figure you are quoted may not be the figure someone else is.
Mentionify — Micro, $99/mo
- Three assistants, fixed rather than chosen: ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, all three on the $99 plan.
- 350 credits a month. Gemini costs 1, ChatGPT 2, Claude 3, so one question on all three is 6 credits a run.
- About 13 questions a week on all three, or roughly 27 a week if you drop to Gemini and ChatGPT.
- Unlimited seats too, and unlimited projects and tracked competitors.
- One published USD price, the same for everyone, wherever the request comes from.
Where this lands against us. Peec tracks far more questions for almost exactly the same money — fifty prompts daily against our thirteen a week — and if Perplexity or the Google surfaces are where your buyers land, we are not in the comparison at all, because we do not measure them. There is exactly one line where we are plainly ahead and it is Claude: on our $99 plan, and on their unpriced Enterprise one. Whether that single line is worth thirty-seven fewer prompts is a question only your own category answers.
Who should buy Peec AI,
and who should buy us.
Buy Peec AI if
- Categories where Google AI Overviews or AI Mode is where the buyer actually lands — Peec covers both and we cover neither.
- Programmes that need volume: fifty prompts refreshed daily is several times what our entry plan can fund.
- Anyone who wants to separate the pages a model used from the ones it cited. Their sources view draws that line and it is a genuinely useful one.
Buy Mentionify if
- Anyone whose third assistant is Claude. It is included at $99 here and sits behind an unpriced tier there.
- Buyers who want the price they will actually be charged, published in one currency rather than resolved from their IP address.
- Teams that want the whole answer text and a five-dimension score behind every number, rather than more surfaces measured more thinly.
Where we are different
Peec covers more Google surfaces than we do, and if AI Overviews and AI Mode are the battleground for your category it is the better instrument. We are narrower on purpose: three assistants, all three included in the first paid month at $99, each answer scored by one judge on the same five-dimension rubric so a Gemini number and a ChatGPT number belong in the same column. If Claude is one of the three you need, the difference is not subtle — it is on our entry plan and it is not on theirs.
Wider than Peec AI and us? The ten-tool comparison is ordered by entry price. Deeper? The methodology and the score.
Peec AI questions
What is the best Peec AI alternative?
That depends on which part of Peec AI you are replacing. A polished, fast product with the most generous seat policy in the category — unlimited users at $95 — and a genuinely good sources view that separates the pages a model used from the ones it linked. If several people need to look at the same board and you want breadth across the Google surfaces, this is the strongest self-serve option at its price. Their entry tier is $95/mo (Starter), US pricing. Pro $245, Advanced $495. Separate agency grid from $205. against our $99, and the table below sets the rest of their published terms beside ours. If neither shape fits, the ten-tool comparison covers the category — several of them are cheaper than both of us.
How much does Peec AI cost?
$95/mo (Starter), US pricing. Pro $245, Advanced $495. Separate agency grid from $205. Yes on the three published tiers. Enterprise is sales-led. Read on August 10, 2026 from their own pricing page; check it before you rely on it, as this category reprices often.
Which AI assistants does Peec AI cover?
At the entry price: Any three of six: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot. Their full published coverage: Eleven on Enterprise, which is unpriced. Claude and the other API-served models sit there; an extra-models add-on is listed at $30/mo on Starter. Read those two sentences as one question — what is on the tier you would actually buy, rather than what is on the homepage.
Does Mentionify do everything Peec AI does?
No. Peec AI's published coverage is: Eleven on Enterprise, which is unpriced. Claude and the other API-served models sit there; an extra-models add-on is listed at $30/mo on Starter. Ours is three assistants and nothing else. If the surfaces on their list are where your buyers are, pick them — the table above is where you should be able to see that. Our trade is depth over breadth, and the “Peec AI and Mentionify” rows above are the specific form it takes against them.
Can I try Mentionify and Peec AI before deciding?
Ours is the form on this page — a buyer question and a work email, no account, and you get the answer, the score, the rival list and every cited source. On their side: No free plan and no free tool. There is a trial; its length is not on the pricing page. Yes on the three published tiers. Enterprise is sales-led. Run the same question through both and compare what each one shows you, because one real answer about your own brand settles more than any feature table, including the one above.
